How the Collaboration Works

A simple and fair arrangement

Joining the Velares collaborator network is free of charge
The collaboration is non-exclusive and has no minimum duration
Neither party is required to accept or provide a minimum number of requests
Either party may end the collaboration at any time by giving 24 hours' notice
Velares only presents availability or benefits that the collaborator has confirmed
Any commission, referral fee or special commercial arrangement must be agreed separately in writing
Approved information and media may be used to introduce the collaborator through Velares channels

Operational preferences — select only what you can offer

Thoughtful placement or allocation

When possible, consider the occasion and guest preferences when assigning a table, room, vehicle or time slot.

Short-notice requests

When possible, consider requests made on the same day or at short notice. Availability is never assumed.

Optional welcome gesture

A small gesture may be offered entirely at your discretion. It is never promised to the guest without confirmation.

Direct booking contact

A named contact or agreed channel Velares can use for availability checks and confirmed requests.

Responsive communication

Reply when reasonably possible through the agreed channel. No fixed response time is required.

Shared understanding

Each confirmed booking remains subject to the collaborator's stated prices, availability, cancellation policy and operating conditions
Ending the collaboration does not cancel requests already accepted unless both parties agree
Twenty-four hours' notice may be given by email or WhatsApp to the usual contact
Both parties will handle guest information confidentially and only for the relevant request
Each party remains responsible for its own services, staff, licences, insurance, taxes and legal obligations
Neither party may make commitments or representations on behalf of the other without written approval
