What is the Living Table?
The Living Table, also called Mesa Viva or Table M#01, sits in Disfrutar’s test kitchen on the lower floor. This is where the team works on new ideas.
Designer Merche Alcalá created the table with the chefs. Its parts open and change during the meal. You are not just watching dishes arrive. The space in front of you becomes part of the surprise.
You do not need to know every dish before you go. Leave room to be surprised.
A meal for a small group
The current experience is for 6 to 8 guests in a private space. Everyone has the same menu, with food needs discussed in advance.
Think of a birthday with close friends, a family trip or a meal you want to share with people who enjoy trying new things. Give it space in your day. This is not a quick stop before your next plan.
