You do not need to turn your whole trip into a photo shoot. A half-hour session may suit a short stop in the city. An hour gives you more time. Two hours can leave more room for a longer experience.
For a couple, it might be a way to mark an anniversary or simply remember a trip together. For a solo traveler, it means coming home with portraits beyond a phone selfie.

A few questions before your session
Do we need to know how to pose?
No. Gerard offers relaxed sessions with a natural, film-inspired style. Tell us if you feel camera-shy so we can share that with him before your session.
Can Velares help plan a surprise proposal?
Yes. We can help coordinate the timing, meeting point and photography with Gerard. Proposals are quoted separately once the plan is clear.
How much does a city photo session cost?
Gerard’s standard city sessions are €100 for 30 minutes, €180 for one hour and €350 for two hours. Proposals and other special experiences need a separate quote.
Is a session confirmed when we contact Velares?
No. We first check Gerard’s availability and agree the details with you. We will explain the booking and payment steps before you commit.
